Frida Kahlo would have liked her gloves tattooed, since her works are tattoos of herself. As for the subjects chosen: it is no coincidence, for example, the choice of the robin, an animal that is thought to be fragile but which actually contains a strong violent energy; the rose recalls her taste, her thorny and passionate femininity; the snake sickness and cure, the dagger struggle and strength.
